THERE'S PANCAKES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!

Hello hello, I hope everyone is doing just dandy after the weekend! We had a lovely fun filled end to our week. We had a bit of a shin-dig in the form of pancake night at our flat on Friday and let me just say there is nothing quite like an angry Aussie in the kitchen. Alvar and Mikey Mike took over the cooking operation and it was like a pancake monster had thrown up in our wee kitchen!

It was a bit chaotic but at the end of the day and after our pancakes turned into some form of hybrid crepe we were all stuffed and had a good laugh. Check out some of Mike's magic in the kitchen:
